Nobleton

 

Nobleton is the second most populous neighbourhood within King Township. This community is growing steadily and is expected to have close to 7,000 residents by 2021. Nobleton is situated in the south part of King Township just north of the City of Vaughan. This neighbourhood is centred around Highway 27 and King Road. Fanning out from there in all directions are random pockets of stores and shopping plazas as well as new home subdivisions. Nobleton has a community centre and an arena as well as a public library and sports fields. The community is quite spread out and divided by Highway 27 and by King Road. Nobleman’s urban core is remarkably flat but outside the residential core the topography changes dramatically with impressive rolling hills that provide amazing vistas of the vast rural countryside which showcases some impressive horse farms and country estates.
